REFUND POLICY:
Due to third party credit card policies, refunds will be subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee. To avoid this, we will gladly reschedule your order.
RUSH ORDER POLICY:
Rush fee applies to orders approved less than 3 days from date desired. Rush orders are non-refundable.
The minimum rush fee is $50.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY:
Non-refundable once work has begun. Subject to artistic interpretation. Every effort will be made to fulfill your order on time. Rescheduled orders may be allowed.
